Dell’s channel chief, Nancy Reynolds, has left the company to join Kaspersky Lab, as the security vendor makes moves to grow its channel presence. Reynolds, who will serve as senior vice president, corporate sales, brings extensive channel sales and marketing expertise gained during more than 20 years of expanding SMB and enterprise markets for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500.
“We all have the highest expectations that Nancy will take our current channel commitment to a new and impressive level and position Kaspersky Lab as the model for how best to embrace the channel as we continue to gain share in the IT security market,” said Steve Orenberg, president, Kaspersky Lab Americas.
Prior to joining Kaspersky Lab, Reynolds was developing Dell’s large enterprise channel strategy globally. Before that, she served as vice president, SMB and channel sales, at Trend Micro, helping lead the company to double digit growth. Reynolds also worked in the networking marketplace for Novell in both direct and indirect sales positions, ultimately rising to vice president, channel sales in North America, where she was responsible for Novell’s channel sales strategy and programs and execution.
