As part of the agreement, Liquid Networx will manage the Denver-based Intelisys Business Solutions team to serve both Liquid Networx customers and Intelisys channel partners seeking to expand their professional services offerings. The agreement calls for Liquid Networx to leverage Intelisys’ supplier portfolio as needed, allowing them to focus on creating and delivering professional services in new markets nationwide. Also as part of the agreement, Don Douglas, CEO of Liquid Networx, has been named to the Intelisys Corporate Advisory Board.

In addition to the introduction of new professional services offerings to include security, compliance and audit, Intelisys and Liquid Networx will use their combined strengths to deliver value-based services for network management in early 2010. From carrier services procurement to network design, telecom audit, project management and hardware/software requirements, the Intelisys/Liquid Networx alliance will deliver capabilities for channel partners to excel in the corporate IT marketplace, the companies said.
