Former Yankee Group Enterprise Head Joins Analysys Mason

Analysys Mason has announced that Steve Hilton has joined the senior ranks. Based in Boston, Hilton will lead the research division’s Enterprise program, which identifies the key issues facing the enterprise, small enterprise and small office, home office (SOHO) ecosystems, and enables leading players to make the right decisions by providing detailed and reliable market data as well as decisive analysis of the key industry issues.

Prior to joining Analysys Mason, Hilton spent six years managing the enterprise and SMB team at Yankee Group. He has also held senior positions at Lucent Technologies, TDS and Cambridge Strategic Management Group (CSMG).

“I am delighted that Steve has chosen to join us to lead our enterprise and SME research,” said Andrew Parkin-White, research managing director, Analysys Mason. “Steve is yet another strong addition to our growing team of global analysts, and brings to the company extensive and wide-ranging experience in the enterprise sector. I am looking forward to working closely with Steve in building innovative and value-added research programs for our demanding and ever-growing client base.”

With more than 17 years’ experience in technology and communications marketing, Hilton is a frequent speaker at industry and client forums, and maintains a brisk pace of market outreach activities with popular, business and trade media. Hilton has articles published on a monthly basis in several respected trade journals for the enterprise and channel partner community.

“I am excited to join the Analysys Mason team and build upon the strong enterprise and small enterprise work we’ve already done,” said Hilton. “Analysys Mason is developing its research portfolio and tailoring it to the evolving needs of its clients as they recover from the impact of the global recession. I’m glad to be a part of that growth business.”
