SUPERCOMM — Ifbyphone Inc. this week launched Ifbyphone Version 3.1, which provides enhanced campaign management tools with customized call tracking reports and establishes a Reseller Portal for managing numerous accounts concurrently. The software also includes Web-based API testing and troubleshooting to help developers create links from in-house applications to Ifbyphone services.

Ifbyphone Version 3.1 is part of a larger effort by the company to deliver more detailed, granular and contextual information that helps businesses make the most of their marketing and advertising budgets.
Included in the new release are several applications:
- Campaign Management enables customers to draw relevant information from multiple sources into one convenient place for campaign tracking. Users can group any combination of inbound and outbound calls to specific numbers, Smart Click-to-Call activity, Voice Broadcast results and call transfers to build custom reports. Through the Campaign Guest Interface, marketing and advertising firms can provide customers real-time, read-only access to numerous reports they had previously received via e-mail.
- Reseller Portal enables firms to concurrently add and manage multiple customer accounts using a single login. It completely streamlines the process of adding, configuring and managing similar applications across the reseller’s client base.
- Documentation, Test Panel and Developer Log Viewer make it easier to configure and troubleshoot integrations with partners’ in-house systems in real- time. The first two are new Web tools to help developers integrate with Ifbyphone’s API, while Developer Log Viewer helps users log and debug custom applications.
