The exclusive carrier of the iPhone on Friday morning, Pacific time, will enable MMS, which users will be able to download through iTunes.
AT&T might be projecting a nonchalant image, but an anonymous inside source tells DSLReports the company actually is “very nervous” about the launch and is “requesting their MMS aggregator partners provide hourly updates on any message delays or problems.”
The carrier is adding MMS capability to the iPhone after multiple complaints that the most coveted smartphone on the market can’t handle picture, audio and video messaging.
