One Communications has announced the availability of its new OneSolutions Ethernet Dedicated Internet Access (EDIA) solution. Based on the simplicity of standards-based Ethernet technology, the solution provides small and mid-sized businesses with improved flexibility, scalability and cost efficiency in meeting their growing bandwidth demands, according to the company.
OneSolutions EDIA is a symmetrical bandwidth Internet access offer with speeds from 3 to 10 Mbps, a comprehensive service level agreement (SLA), 24/7 network monitoring, and fast responsive support. Included standard with the service are up to 16 IP addresses, primary and secondary DNS, free domain name registration or transfer, 100 e-mail boxes with 100 MB of storage each, and Web hosting including 1.6 GB of storage and 60 GB of monthly transfer. Additional service options are also available. Leveraging standards-based Ethernet technology, the solution provides businesses with a simplified plug-and-play support model that reduces day-to-day network management complexity and administrative overhead, while delivering a flexible solution that easily scales as business needs change.
OneSolutions EDIA is the first offer available within a suite of Ethernet-based solutions planned for introduction by One Communications. Initially, the offer is available in 10 of the 18 states in which the company operates.
