Satworx, a provider of satellite phone solutions for individuals, announced this week changes to its partner program, including a new online tool for dealers.
The new tool allows dealers to view past/current invoices online; view commission reports online; view phone inventory online; view and download product collateral, pricelists and subscriber activation forms; and make payments directly on Satworx.com.
Satworx offers 24/7 customer support for technical assistance and activations (providing same-day activations for orders received by 3 p.m. PST) and a full billing infrastructure to handle all billing and collections.
Satworx enables its dealers to order all equipment directly from Satworx to be shipped directly to consumers, limiting dealers’ inventory exposure and liability.
Satworx offers individualized commission structures, ranging from a fixed commission payment on products and usage, or dynamic commissions where Satworx sets a base rate and dealers create their own tariff that Satworx will invoice and remit as commission. Satworx does not charge back regardless of a subscriber’s payment status.
Additionally, dealers can utilize the Satworx Quote Cart to browse through dozens of satellite phone configurations and place desired items in the Quote Cart for a return estimate via e-mail within 24 hours.
Satworx does not sell direct to compete with its family of dealers.
