PHONE+ announced Tuesday it has teamed with Gartner Inc., the leading IT research and advisory firm for the channel, to conduct the first-ever exclusive telephony agent survey on key business issues.
The study is expected to help telephony agents compare themselves with their peers in areas such as best practices and carrier recommendations. The survey questions cover areas such as the economy, product trends, customer trends, carrier relations and more. The results will be published in PHONE+ publications and in Gartner research.
“While there is an abundance of data on the IT and telecom equipment channels, there is little on the telecom services channel, so we are pleased that Gartner, a leader in channel research, has agreed to support this project with PHONE+,” said Khali Henderson, editor in chief of PHONE+. “We hope that telephony agents will see the value of this effort and support it by taking part in the survey.”
