As Salesforce.com’s Service Cloud offering for contact center agents takes off, the company announced it is integrating its offerings with Twitter, Google and Facebook. The collaborations are intended to supply expanded knowledge of customers to Salesforce.com users.
Salesforce for Twitter is now available at no charge to current Salesforce customers. The app will allow relevant Twitter conversations to be joined and monitored. Further iterations based on the collaborations are planned for the near future.
