IT EXPO — VoIP call-recording company SIP Print said Tuesday the SIP Print SME appliance now is available to small- and mid-size enterprises, or any organization that needs to record up to 200 seats per location.
SIP Print first introduced an IP call-recording platform for SMBs last September.
The SME version uses the same layout but includes more processing power and redundancy features, SIP Print said. SIP Print SME also uses new hardware such as RAID hot-swappable drive bays, dual hot-swappable power supplies and a Core 2 Quad Series processor.
The system works with a number of IP PBXs, including those made by Fonality, Allworx, ADTRAN, Nortel and ShoreTel.
SIP Print sells its tools through channel partners.
Security and UCaaS and SD-WAN, the triple-headed monster, dominated the news last week. https://t.co/Yoq7yrjhkf
