Microsoft Asks Partners for Customer Satisfaction Data

This summer, Microsoft (MSFT) revamped its partner program, renaming it the Microsoft Partner Network and refocusing its efforts to help VARs differentiate themselves in the marketplace.

One of the changes will require partners enrolling as Gold Certified Partners to have taken Microsoft’s Customer Satisfaction Index within the past year, beginning Oct. 31. This new requirement for customer satisfaction surveys is expected to meet a little pushback from VARs reluctant to hand over such data.
