IBM Partners Help Retailers Go Social

It’s no doubt that social networking and social media have revolutionized marketing. In fact, IBM (IBM) partners are increasingly enlisting the help of social media in marketing and sales, especially in an effort to help retailers elevate profits.

IBM is spotlighting solution provider partners that innovatively intertwine social media components into their platforms by supporting them through its Service Oriented Architecture program. Those involved in the social commerce efforts say the “customer centricity” wraps the customer in a collaborative shopping experience and drives up revenue.
