USA Becomes Samsung Dealer

USA announced it recently completed negotiations that started in October of last year to join the Samsung BCS network as a direct dealer. The partnership will offer businesses flexible telephony solutions that place enterprise-level functionality and will save businesses with three to 900 phones 20 percent to 50 percent off their current monthly expenses, the company said.

The partnership will combine the use Samsung OFFICEServ 7000 Series of telephony systems with USA’s complete portfolio of carrier services, including VoIP, SIP, PRI and MPLS, to offer SMBs a winning combination of technology and service at reduced costs. Services will include design assistance, configuration and installation, on-site moves, additions/ changes, and annual support for on-site service contracts with first-tier call center support.
