Interactive Intelligence (ININ) and Spanlink Communications have signed a nationwide “Elite Partner” agreement authorizing Spanlink to sell, deploy and support Interactive Intelligence’s unified IP business communications solutions.
Based in Minneapolis, Minn. with sales teams across the United States, Spanlink is a full-service provider of contact center and unified communications solutions that leverage VoIP technology. Spanlink has more than 20 years of business communications and customer interaction solutions experience, and a history in transforming enterprise and contact center communications to deliver substantial business results.

Spanlink will build out sales, systems engineering, professional services and support teams dedicated to the Interactive Intelligence product portfolio, which consists of software and services for contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony and business process automation.

Interactive Intelligence first released its all-in-one IP communications software suite in 1997. The standards-based, single-platform architecture with built-in multichannel processing was designed to eliminate the cost and complexity introduced by multipoint products.
