APconnections, a supplier of plug-and-play bandwidth shaping products, announced the launch of its new Cash for Conversion program, which offers owners of select brands of network-optimization technology a $1,000 credit toward the list-price purchase of NetEqualizer NE2000-10 or higher models. To qualify, all owners must do is send their old (working or not) or out-of-license bandwidth control technology to APconnections.
The offer, which is good through Sept. 7, 2009, is applicable to products from the following manufacturers: Exinda, Packeteer/Blue Coat, Allot and Cymphonics and Procera.
The old technology will be sent to refurbishment or electronics recycling programs, the company said in a press statement.
