NetCarrier Telecom has rolled out its new Advantage Plan program to NetCarrier channel partners, enabling them to bundle in their own equipment in conjunction with selling NetCarrier services. The Advantage Plan also helps the customer with their purchase without compromising agent residuals.
Customers that sign up for the 36-month Advantage Plan will receive a monthly credit equal to four times the monthly recurring charge, starting with their second invoice. Customers can take advantage of PBX upgrades with zero out of pocket expenses, going as far as helping to offset the cost of purchasing a brand-new PBX. In addition, the plan might also motivate the customer to bundle in extra services such as an external firewall and/or SPAM devices.
“Many of our channel partners sell their own equipment in conjunction with our services,” said Bruce Wirt, NetCarrier’s director of sales. “We want to help them close hardware deals by bundling NetCarrier’s services. The key is to drive the additional hardware sales and further solidify the agent’s relationship with the customer.”
This program will run through Dec. 31, 2009.
