TMC Communications has announced its new Rate Assurance Program with a goal of providing customers with the ability to renegotiate their pricing on a multiyear contract after they fulfill an initial year of service. If they have a lower overall offering from a competing Tier 1 carrier/reseller, TMC will consider matching the offering as long as they provide TMC the quote and any applicable billing surcharges being imposed by the provider.
“We really wanted to do something that could help assure that our customers have the flexibility to keep up with the marketplace especially in this economy,” said David Schwartz, vice president of sales for TMC Communications. “We were able to introduce this program, and while it’s not a guarantee, it should provide the customer the peace of mind to make a TMC decision knowing they have the potential for an overall cost reduction during the course of the agreement.”
