SoTel Systems LLC announced new SIP services – Opti-Flex IP and Opti-Max IP – for sale through its agent channel to the small and medium business market.
The Opti-Flex IP plan is a value-priced service option for SMB customers. Customers pay only for the telephone numbers they need and the service minutes they consume. Local telephone numbers are available in 85 percent of the U.S. market for $1 each per month. Usage rates for most customers average less than 2 cents per minute. Opti-Flex IP service also allows unlimited concurrent calls and is totally E-911 compliant.
The Opti-Max IP plan is designed for small business customers that prefer an unlimited usage plan. It includes unlimited local and long-distance service, operator services, white pages listing, and in-bound caller name and number service for as little as $27.99 per month.
SoTel SIP services use SoTel SIP Core softswitch technology, which was developed by SoTel using Open SER platform and colocated on the Level 3 Communications Inc. network.
SoTel SIP services are sold primarily through the SoTel SIP Service Agent Program. A customer service portal allows agents to enter service orders, check status and review CDR records for their accounts on a real-time basis. Agents earn recurring commissions and through Sept. 30, 2009, can earn upfront bonuses on new lines.
In addition to SIP products, agents will have access to SoTel Systems wholesale parts distribution products, including Epygi, 3CX, snom and others.
