Westcon Group Inc. is introducing Cisco Smart Care Service to the U.S. reseller market. Westcon Group is promoting Cisco Smart Care Service to a select group of Cisco certified, SMB-focused resellers. This follows Westcon’s introduction of the service last year to its European reseller customer base, now with more than 300 resellers participating. To coincide with the announcement, Westcon and Cisco have planned a series of in-person and online training opportunities in the United States and in Canada over the next couple of months.
Cisco Smart Care Service is designed to help SMBs simplify network maintenance through regular, proactive network assessments, remote software repairs and technical support. This collaborative service is delivered exclusively through Cisco Smart Care Certified Partners via a single maintenance customer service contract.
