Integra Telecom Inc., a facilities-based, integrated communications provider for small to enterprise businesses, has upgraded its partnership with master agent X4 Communications. Through the partnership with X4 Communications, Integra will expand its sales presence throughout its 11-state service area. The relationship will be managed by Integra Telecom of Colorado.
As a master agent, X4 Communications will complement its current product portfolio by offering its agents access to Integra’s services. X4 will focus on voice and data service offerings, including facilities-based analog lines, broadband Internet, dynamic T1s, and MPLS technology, which allows business customers to combine voice, data and Internet traffic onto a single IP-based network.
“Integra Telecom is a great addition to the X4 Communications roster. Its market penetration and product offerings are a perfect fit for our nationwide network of subagents selling the best-in-breed voice and data services,” said Curt Allen, president of X4 Communications. “Most importantly, Integra’s corporate values of integrity, respect and service, along with the individuals that run the channel, mesh perfectly with the X4 Communications market approach – to provide the ‘best agent experience.’”
