Failure Looming for Apple, AT&T Partnership?

With the rabid popularity of the iPhone and the latest version – the 3G S – already sold out, things appear to be going quite well for Apple and AT&T. But looks may be deceiving.

PC World cites several reasons for what it calls a “failing partnership.” They include:

  • server crashes when the iPhone OS 3.0 was released
  • no horizontal keyboard or MMS just yet
  • no Internet tethering

The article calls these problems relatively small, but enough to make the iPhone a “less-than-perfect experience.” And isn’t everyone looking for perfection these days?
