Samsung Business Communication Systems (BCS) honored 12 dealers from across the United States and Canada at its first annual Samsung Dealer Advantage meeting with Craftsmanship Awards, recognizing their willingness to share insights and expertise with skilled leadership to deliver quality customer solutions and strengthen the Samsung BCS business relationship.
The awards were presented during the meeting’s banquet gala by Doug Wonson, vice president and general manager of Samsung BCS.

In addition, six companies were recognized for their long-term contributions to Samsung product design and testing and their business fortitude to maintain a vision of service excellence. These were Telamerica Business Communications, I.T.I. Inc., Phone Source USA, Telephone Warehouse, Communication Experts Group and Hampton Roads Communications.
The Samsung Craftsmanship Award was recently established to honor those who place customers first and exemplify collaboration through skilled leadership, shared insights, and expertise. This year, 12 Samsung dealers were selected from hundreds of dealers throughout all regions of the United States and Canada. Winners include well-established dealers with decades-long relationships as well as recent additions to the Samsung dealer network.
The 1st Annual Samsung Dealer Advantage Meeting, held May 29-31, 2009, is part of the ongoing Samsung Dealer Advantage Program, which as launched in March and was designed to simplify dealer access to technical support, training, and lead generation. This program combines a solutions-focused approach with preferred rates and flexible financing/leasing options to deliver long-term value to small and mid-sized businesses.
