The Conference Group has announced an enhancement to its full-time operator service. Conference Viewer enables the host to view the Q&A queue during a full-time operator call in real time, and also have the ability to manipulate the queue by changing the order of participants in the queue, or removing them from the queue. This added service gives Conference Group customers more control while still maintaining a professional operator-facilitated Q&A session.
“This feature puts more control in the hands of a conference moderator, while still having the support of our trained operators on the call,” said Greg Plum, director of channel development at the Conference Group. “The end result is a better user experience for our customers.”
The added feature is included in the cost of the full-time operator service and is available for use immediately.
