One Communications Introduces Managed Services Suite

One Communications has introduced a suite of managed services, including its OneSolutions Managed IP PBX and OneSolutions Managed Router solutions. The suite is designed to provide enterprise-like capabilities for telecommunications hardware, configuration, setup and installation along with management, monitoring and maintenance services, and priced to fit into the budgets of smaller businesses. Both new services have achieved the Cisco Powered designation.

One Communications OneSolutions Managed IP PBX is a managed, fully integrated IP PBX phone system that employs the Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series. For a monthly cost, customers receive voice, data, unified messaging, automated attendant and wireless capabilities over a single network; choice from a range of Cisco IP handsets; equipment maintenance and management; and access to financing options for the hardware. Coupled with the OneSolutions Complete integrated voice and data solution, businesses can outsource their entire telecommunications network and infrastructure. And, customers with multiple locations can add OneSolutions MPLS VPN wide area networking (WAN) capabilities at no additional charge.

OneSolutions Managed Router, combined with OneSolutions Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), OneSolutions Complete, OneSolutions MPLS VPN and other data offers, supports business internetworking needs with end-to-end management of routers, network transport and protocols. Featuring a range of Cisco Integrated Services Routers (ISRs), the service offers modular capabilities with options for WAN interfaces, service options and system expansion.

All One Communications OneSolutions Managed Services include personalized network assessment; initial design and configuration; installation; 24/7/365 monitoring, alerts and trouble resolution; on-site repair response and hardware replacement options; and hardware and software maintenance.
