Professional services outsourcer Endeavor Telecom released a new version of its online training tool, the Endeavor Training Center, to include enhanced multimedia capabilities, as well as more comprehensive testing and reporting functions.
The Training Center was implemented to facilitate the ongoing training and certification of Endeavor’s team of 9,000-plus individually managed field engineers.
The recent upgrades enable more video-based components to be integrated in the online training modules. Now, for example, instead of a seeing a diagram that reviews NID splitter installations, field engineers watch a video filmed by a member of Endeavor’s internal engineering team, complete with an instructional voiceover.
Each training module, which focuses on a unique topic or installation/technology type, is followed by a Certification Exam to validate comprehension and to certify training completion.
Endeavor offers private label wholesale professional services, including field services, order fulfillment logistics, and Tier I and II operations and technical support.
