Reignmaker is a nine year-old company with a history of providing VoIP services to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. Reignmaker was an early pioneer in providing end-to-end VoIP communication services and has boasted more than 11,000 business VoIP installations since its inception.
For Reignmaker’s customers, the transition will be transparent with no changes in functionality, rates or terms of their current service, said Cypress. Over time, they will benefit from Cypress’ national network, innovative product suite and more than 20 years of telecommunications experience. In addition, if they choose, they will be able to migrate to Cypress’ C4 IP unified communications services.
In addition to the Reignmaker customers, Cypress acquired Reignmaker’s network assets, including its BroadWorks VoIP application platform. Cypress will integrate the BroadWorks platform into its national VoIP network to expand its service offering and position it to more easily integrate future acquisitions.
