Telarus Inc. has released Proposal Creator 2.0., a point-and-click proposal creator that is an upgraded function of the custom-built Telarus Agent Back Office. The technology enables Telarus agents to generate formal, private-labeled carrier service proposals for multiple locations with multiple products using one Web GUI.
The Telarus Proposal Creator 2.0 software includes the following features: multiple locations on one proposal; multiple carrier quotes per location; multiple carrier services per location – including PRI, voice T1, SIP and POTS; customization of every paragraph in the proposal; simple word processor interface – no coding required; private-labeled with agent’s own logo; instant conversion to Adobe PDF format – delivered as an e-mail attachment; hide/show carrier logo option for agents; and future access to all past proposals and real-time price quotes in the customer’s CRM record.
Andrew Morgan, vice president of Web development for Telarus, said what sets this new system apart from the previous version and from other off-the-shelf telecom software manufacturers is its ability to synthesize aspects of the Telarus CRM, specifically an unlimited number of customer locations, with GeoQuote, which can quote multiple broadband and voice services per location in real time. The new proposal system pulls elements of these two platforms into one proposal that can be sent to an agent’s prospect in PDF format.
Proposal Creator 2.0 comes standard in the Telarus Agent Back Office, as well as in the private-labeled MARS system (Master Agent Reporting System). MARS is Telarus’ “Master Agent in a Box” software that empowers up-and-coming master agents, who leverage Telarus’ carrier contracts, to sign up, manage and support unlimited subagents. In addition to Proposal Creator 2.0, MARS comes with all of the features Telarus provides its own subagents: SalesForce.com-like CRM, patented real-time carrier quotes, telecom commission and accounting software, and a trouble ticket system.
