VOICECON: Zeacom Debuts ROI Calculator

Zeacom, a Contact Center and UC software and services provider, has debuted its ROI Calculator at VoiceCon Orlando 2009.

The ROI Calculator supports the more than 100 VARs and channel partners selling the company’s software worldwide, as well as the contact center and enterprise purchasing decision makers to whom they market, according to Zeacom. It does this by demonstrating time-saving, financial and other benefits achieved through use of the Zeacom Communications Center software suite.
