TelcoBridges Inc. has announced the formal launch of the TelcoBridges Partner Alliance Program. The program is designed to strengthen TelcoBridges’ relationship with its partners (solutions developers, systems integrators and VARs) and the customers of TelcoBridges’ partners, who are the carriers/operators that leverage the resulting technology solutions.
Some of the advantages of joining the TelcoBridges’ Partner Alliance Program include lead generation, technical training, sales and technical support, and increased visibility through partner PR programs, case studies, Webinars and participation in trade shows.
TelcoBridges partners fall into two categories: Solutions Partners and Channel Partners.
Solutions Partners specialize in advanced software development using TelcoBridges’ development platforms to build solutions such as: ringback tones; IVR; prepaid/postpaid; LCR; background music injection; class 4/tandem switching (SS7 HA – applications); unified communications; conferencing and many other telecom solutions.
Channel Partners are systems integrators, VARs or VADs that sell, integrate and support TelcoBridges’ media gateway products. These partners also assist customers in pre- and post-sales, integration and design, installation, support and service for solutions that include: SIP trunking; fax over IP; PSTN migration to VoIP; hosted IP PBX; and more.
