Tone Software Corp., a provider of network monitoring and management solutions for converged telecommunications and IT infrastructures, has released ReliaTel Management Solution 2.5 Release with Cisco analysis and reporting functionality. The newly expanded ReliaTel solution further extends the platform’s ability to manage converging multivendor IP voice architectures, and builds the value that managed service providers (MSPs) can deliver to their enterprise customers.

The ReliaTel 2.5 Release provides management, operations and network staff who are responsible for converging voice networks with increased visibility and control of network elements and the dynamically changing conditions that threaten IP voice quality and service levels. The release also features voice metrics analysis and reporting functionality for Cisco IP voice equipment, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager 4.x, 5.x and 6.x. The integration of Cisco metric analysis and reporting provides necessary insight into CPU resource levels, memory usage, registered device levels, transcode resource utilization and quality of service (QoS) metrics that must be continuously monitored and managed to ensure service delivery in IP voice networks.
