Samsung Business Communication Systems (BCS) announced Monday the launch of The Samsung Dealer Advantage Program, a new initiative to team with telephone system dealers serving small and medium businesses.
The rollout follows an $11 million investment in Samsung BCS’ North American business, a new leadership team and a doubling of sales personnel.
The Samsung Dealer Advantage Program offers enhanced lead generation, sales and marketing support, flexible financing options, dealer incentives, a five-year manufacturer’s warranty and customer service within a collaborative support infrastructure.
Under the program, the gearmaker also plans to cultivate a carefully screened set of new dealers and expand into new and underserved regions to reinforce the support network for SMB customers.
“The Samsung Dealer Advantage Program represents a game-changing approach to providing valued sales channel members with the tools and support they need to successfully serve the SMB market,” said Doug Wonson, vice president and general manager, Samsung BCS. “Our geographically dispersed base of direct dealers and resellers result in tight-knit national coverage that our customers appreciate. The Samsung Dealer Advantage Program will establish long-term relationships in the dealer channel with a solutions-focused approach that delivers the right telephony solutions to SMB customers.”
