Telesphere, a nationwide business phone and Internet services provider, has announced a new hosted call recording service to its Telesphere Anywhere customers. The offering gives Telesphere customers the ability to digitally record and store calls in a standard M3U/MP3 format. The service gives customers the ability to record calls made to their business number but answered on a non-IP phone, including a cell or home phone not linked to the network.
Telesphere’s Hosted Call Recording records calls with no equipment needed on a customer’s premises. Recordings are stored to the network and accessible from anywhere using a Web browser. Customers can search for recordings in several ways, including using any incoming or outgoing number, caller’s name (caller ID required), or specific date and time of the call.
The service is available for all customers for a monthly, per-seat fee.
