Mobivox will announce its CRM over Voice product Tuesday at the eComm2009 show in San Francisco.
The company calls CRM over Voice a set of business growth tools that enrich the capabilities of its voice-activated mobile services platform.
“Mobivox partners can now perform all-important CRM in the course of service delivery, rather than before or after it, by dynamically inserting context-sensitive, unobtrusive messaging into user interactions,” said CEO Peter Diedrich.
Diedrich also said the product will allow existing and future platform partners make voice-based interactions a powerful for keeping marketing costs low, retaining users and growing revenue, while improving the overall user experience.
