You asked for it, you got it. The Channel Partners Conference & Expo sessions in the YOU Track were suggested and voted “Most Valuable” by past conference attendees.
These sessions run the gamut of technology and business concerns, but all are delivered in a tutorial fashion with plenty of takeaways.
“We have been soliciting your feedback for years, but this time, we wanted to make sure you knew that your input is truly valuable by highlighting the sessions that you told us you want to see,” said Khali Henderson, group editor for PHONE+, host of the Channel Partners Conference & Expo.
To come up with the five session track, PHONE+ and the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, solicited suggestions for topics from past attendees. From those suggestions, a ballot was taken.
“All of the suggestions were popular with voters, but a few rose to the top to fill the agenda,” said Henderson. “Not surprisingly, three of them have to do with VoIP, which remains a bit hard for channel partners of all backgrounds to get their arms around.”
These three sessions are scheduled back-to-back Sunday and include tutorials on SIP trunking, hosted PBX vs. premises PBX and unified communications.
On Monday, the YOU Track sessions focus on two other hot topics — contracts and sales.
