A recent survey of solution providers uncovered that they are feeling a little neglected by vendors and distributors. The respondents reported that vendors and distributors are less supportive than in previous engagements – and solution providers anticipate the trend will continue.
One way support has changed, according to the respondents, is they are now having to pay for support services that were previously provided free of charge. Solution providers also said vendors are now more likely to change up credit terms.
