RPM Software, is rebranding its back-office commission and channel management software for the agent community and is dubbing it Agent, Powered by RPM. The platform allows for commissions auditing and the management of orders, trouble tickets, prospects, quotes, etc.
According to an RPM spokesperson, the only change in the product at this point is the rebranding. “We are currently developing more functionality on the process side of the application to provide seamless data flow and further user customization features,” said the spokesperson, adding also that although the platform allows for quote management, it currently does not provide automated quotes, but hopes to develop that feature in the future.
“We want to have Agent as the complete and standard solution for the telecom alternate channel,” commented Bill Boyd, vice president business development. “As part of that goal, we will be increasing our focus on development that best serves the ongoing requirements of the agent community from individual agents to masters to carriers’ channel programs. As such, we will be actively gathering feedback and requirements from our customers and prospects and putting solutions in place.”
