InterCall recently announced the global launch of InterCall Unified Meeting, the company’s new flagship Web conferencing product that enables customers to integrate audio, Web, video, calendar systems and instant messaging applications.
The release of InterCall Unified Meeting resulted from the recent acquisition of Genesys Conferencing – InterCall has paired its global audio conferencing infrastructure with Genesys’ proprietary Web conferencing technology. InterCall Unified Meeting lets users share documents and software with people around the world, and also will allow them to start audio conferences from the Web, as opposed to the telephone.
