Broadview Networks has announced expanded availability of its Professional Services portfolio from its Mid-Atlantic markets to its entire geographic footprint. Broadview said its geographic footprint, scope of services and investment in resources have all grown in response to customer demand.
Broadview’s Professional Services offering includes three major areas: Network Design, Implementation and Management; Data Center Solutions; and IT Engineering.
Broadview’s Professional Services team of certified technicians and engineers is available on demand, either on-site or virtually. This team can act as an outsourced IT department for smaller businesses or on a project basis to address knowledge gaps, increase resources or serve as a management layer for local staff.
From typical IT projects like physical moves, system upgrades and maintenance to more complex ventures including network security, traffic engineering or data center implementations, Broadview’s Professional Services enable partners to cover a wide spectrum of IT-related support functions. Broadview’s agent partners either can sell Broadview’s Professional Services and have Broadview install, or Broadview can sell and agents can install as Broadview partners. Furthermore, qualified agents can both sell and install Broadview’s Professional Services.
