SaaS aggregator 19Marketplace and Computer Troubleshooters (CT) have expanded their partnership, launching a CT-branded SaaS aggregation service. CT is an international network of more than 450 franchise owners providing a full range of onsite computer services to small businesses, and will be 19Marketplace’s first private-label partner.
Chip Reeves, USA national director for CT, said the company was seeking branded services for its franchisees to offer clients as an alternative to on-premise solutions. “19Marketplace’s private-label partner program allowed us to get to market quickly with a CT-branded offering,” said Reeves. “SaaS applications also have the added benefit of building recurring revenue for our franchisees as well as free up their time to grow their business.”
SaaS applications from 19Marketplace include hosted e-mail services, Web conferencing, backup and recovery, collaboration, security protection and large file transfer services among others.
“Capital is tight right now and businesses are looking for options that reduce or better yet eliminate capital expenditures,” said John Krzykowski, general manager for 19Marketplace. “SaaS applications are a great fit for these businesses since upfront costs are significantly lower than on-premise solutions. Offering businesses an alternative to ownership enhances Computer Troubleshooters’ role as their clients’ trusted IT advisors.”
