Seagate’s new managed services arm, i365, plans to announce the details of a new channel program this month or next. Combining acquired services from EVault, Action Front, St. Bernard and MetaLINCS, the portfolio of managed services will target SMBs.
Seagate will provide a channel support organization, including channel relation managers and partner relation managers. The program will include three partner levels: authorized partners who provide referrals, certified partners who partner to provide i365 services, and specialized partners who will focus on particular areas and specific offerings.
