AireSpring has announced that beginning Jan. 1, 2009, customers who are signed up for one of the AireSpring Network Local Phone Service products (available for TDM, VoIP and SIP-enabled equipment) will receive free calling among all of their offices and locations without the need for VPN, MPLS, Frame Relay or Private Line Networks.
The new free calling feature allows any company with multilocation offices to significantly lower their monthly phone bills, said the company.
There is no additional charge for Free Interoffice Calling and it is automatically included on all AireSpring Network Local Phone Service products.
“In this tough economic environment, businesses are looking for cost savings to enhance their bottom lines,” said Daniel Lonstein, AireSpring’s COO. “Last month, we slashed our Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) rates, and this month we have made dramatic cuts to the overall cost of Local Phone Service.”
Lonstein added that the average multilocation business makes up to 85 percent of its calls between offices.
AireSpring offers local phone numbers in more than 160 cities globally and can additionally assign a U.S. number to an office located anywhere in the world.
Security and UCaaS and SD-WAN, the triple-headed monster, dominated the news last week. https://t.co/Yoq7yrjhkf
