SIP Print announced that Novus LLC, a distributor of TDM and VoIP phone equipment, has integrated SIP Print’s VoIP call recording products into its product lineup. Today’s announcement follows closely on the heels of the launch of SIP Print’s Channel Partner Program on November 28.
Novus sells Nortel, NEC, snom, Vodavi, Allworx and now SIP Print equipment to voice and data VARs. Novus complements its equipment sales and distribution services with buy-back programs, leasing and rental programs, and logistics and inventory management services throughout the United States. Novus has relationships that span 20-plus years with leading voice and data resellers, and many of those partners are looking to bolster their VoIP offerings for the SMB marketplace, the companies said.
SIP Print offers SIP voice recording for SMBs and larger organizations with a need to record up to 200 seats per location. Because it supports SIP at the communications system level, SIP Print’s patent-pending platform also can record advanced functions like voice mail or “follow-me” calls on mobile phones or other off-premises phone numbers.
