CTI Group Launches SmartRecord Go for Small Biz

CTI Group has launched a new premise-based call recording solution called SmartRecord Go. Designed with resellers in mind, the solution’s principle end users are smaller businesses, who increasingly are finding it necessary to record calls to address matters including dispute resolution, training and quality monitoring, as well as call regulation, explained the company. Among such SMEs are small to medium IFAs who face new call recording regulations coming into effect in March 2009.

SmartRecord Go is an entry-level, scalable call recording solution capable of recording four-120 lines, and allows authorized members of staff to listen in to calls at anytime from anywhere on the network. It also has the capacity for 1 million calls to be stored and retrieved. All recordings are encrypted, and individual digital signatures to each recording further negate the possibility of accidental human error.

SmartRecord Go allows for easy implementation for both the reseller and business user, with the full process taking less then 30 minutes, said the company.
