FacetPhone also provides a screen pop of caller information, displaying the presence and phone activity of available employees, along with ACD queue management, recording, monitoring, visual voice mail and multiple delivery options, and enterprise only instant messaging, enabling click to call from Microsoft Outlook and CRM applications.
