TNCI announced at the Fall 2008 Channel Partners Conference & Expo that it has partnered with ADTRAN to offer and support an all-in-one managed router and Internet solution.
From the carrier network to the customer premise, TNCI will configure, install and manage the bandwidth connectivity and router while providing customer support.
The service includes maintenance plans with availability 24/7 or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; accelerated response times via phone; next business day or four-hour delivery of replacement parts.
Remote or on-site installations are available as are enhanced options such as VPN, QoS and BGP.
