If you’re new to the telecom business or to VoIP/SIP, Monday’s VoIP/SIP Boot Camp is the place to go to get in shape to sell these solutions.
Instructor Bojan Simic, research analyst from Aberdeen Group will provide basic training in both VoIP and SIP technology fundamentals. Attendees will learn the components, how they work and their application.
After basic training, attendees will be drilled in demand-side data — what customers want and how to sell them on VoIP applications — with instructor Bill Taylor, PHONE+ Channel Coach and president of Corporate Ladders. Selling SIP services will be taught by Mick Ahearn, director of business development, Savatar.
In addition, two FreedomVoice agents will share case studies detailing their success selling VoIP services.
An additional $25 registration fee is required to attend the session and a workbook will be provided.
