Reseller TouchTone Communications Inc. redesigned its Web site, www.touchtone.net, to cater to its customers, making it easier for them – and the company’s sales partners – to access company, service and billing information.
The site incorporates a number of new features, such as E-Bill, an electronic billing service that provides TouchTone customers with the ability to manage their accounts online. Registration is free and once enrolled, members can view their current and past bills, update account information, and soon pay bills online.
Additional site features include detailed product and service information, news and events, employment opportunities and answers to frequently asked questions.
“The site provides simple, straightforward navigation that allows customers to easily find information about our many available voice, data/Internet, wireless and VoIP solutions,” said Michelle Tortorello, TouchTone’s Marketing Manager.
The redesign also will help the company’s indirect sales partners sell the company’s services, according to company spokesperson Chrissy Kulig. In the past, channel partners would rely on e-mailed or printed collateral/marketing materials, such as service fact sheets, to provide service and company information to their customers,” she said. “Now, channel partners can urge customers to go online to view available services, as well as learn more about the company. The Web site serves as another marketing resource for our agents.”
