Mass-Tel Announces Business Partner Program

TEM consultancy Mass-Tel Communications has launched its Business Partner program, looking for master agents, IT integrators, phone interconnects, VARs and others to sell its telecom audit and expense management products.

Mass-Tel said its program offers “rich” commission structures, as well as support services for partners around the globe.

“Mass-Tel has enabled a world-class program and both end users and partners will benefit from the ro-bust programs and support that Mass-Tel offers,” said Michael Fair, founding partner for MarketRace, a telecommunications channel consulting organization.

The Mass-Tel Business Partner Program lets partners pick and choose the right program for their business models. Consultants can simply refer customers to Mass-Tel, while agents and VARs can sell Mass-Tel services as fully compensated sales agents within the program.

Commissions vary depending on whether an opportunity is done under agency or referral and what service is sold. Commissions are based on the percentage of cash received from the customer by Mass-Tel.

There is a Direct Agent Program, a Master Agent Program and a referral program. Some services are referral only — even for master agents.

Mass-Tel wants to recruit approximately 50 partners, some of which will be master agents.

Mass-Tel focuses solely on wireless and wireline telecommunications in enterprise and service provider markets worldwide.
