DCA Services Inc. (Booth 406) announced it will provide back-office support to Vinculum Communications Inc.
Vinculum provides VoIP solutions to SMBs. It has brought in DCA to support its market expansion into South America. DCA will provide online order entry, rating and billing, online bill presentation and online customer support for customers in Brazil. All online services will be provided in Portuguese, and invoices and online transactions will be calculated in the local currency, the Real.
Vinculum is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing VoIP providers, and were excited to support its growth as it expands its reach into this new South American market, said Jeff Swenson, DCA Services vice president of sales and marketing.
DCAs ability to keep pace with Vinculums growth is key to the relationship, the companies said.
The deciding factor was DCAs level of creativity and ability to bring the system online within weeks rather than months, said Vinculum President Joseph DePetro.
Vinculum (which is Latin for bond) leverages a VoIP network built to serve domestic and international wholesale communications carriers with the proprietary Vintalk hosted call platform.
