Tangoe Inc. has released its CommCare WorldView managed services platform.
Designed specifically for multinational enterprises, the solution enables global organizations to centrally view, report and analyze their fixed and mobile communications spending.
Supporting electronic billing formats for more than 160 communications carriers in North America, Latin America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and Asia-Pacific, CommCare managed services and the WorldView service option represent a leap forward in managing communication costs and assets worldwide, said the company. Through consolidated and integrated bill capture, viewing, reporting and analysis capabilities, WorldView enables enterprises to optimize resource utilization, cut communications costs and negotiate contracts more effectively, among many other benefits, the company said.
Additional WorldView capabilities will be released as part of an ongoing development schedule. The company plans the release of global invoice entry services and additional carrier billing system interfaces during the second quarter of this year. Additional capabilities announcements are also planned for the fourth quarter.
Tangoe provides products in the United States through direct and partner sales channels, and internationally through a global network of certified business partners.
